Sandwich cake - Torta fria  by Nara Schuler Sep 20, 2017

Ingredients
150 g  sweet potatoes spiral cut
150 g beets spiral cut
300 g baby spinach
3 Tbs green olives
4 Tbsp avocado sauce
2 cups vegetate milk
3 Tbsp liquid from green olives sliced
1 sandwich bread whole wheat sliced length wise
​

Directions
Mix vegetate milk and liquid from green olives set aside
Steam sweet potatoes and beets separately put aside
Soak bread in milk and liquid
Place one slice of the bread in a plate
Spread avocado sauce over the bread
Spread a layer of baby spinach
Spread a layer of sweet potatoes 
Spread 1 tbs of green olives
Add another slice of bread soaked in milk on top of the sweet potatoes
Spread avocado sauce over the bread
Spread a layer of baby spinach
Spread a layer of beets 
Spread 1 tbs of green olives
Add another slice of bread soaked in milk on top of the beets and olives
Spread avocado sauce over the bread
Decorate top with beets and sweet potatoes 
Refrigerate, cut in slices to serve




 Ingredients
150 g de Batata doce cortada em espiral 
150 g de beterraba cortada em espiral
300 g de folhas de espinafre
3 colheres de sopa de azeitonas verdes
4 colheres de sopa de molho de abacate
2 xícaras de leite vegetal
3 colheres de sopa da agua das azeitonas verdes fatiadas
1 pão sanduíche trigo inteiro fatiado  no comprimento


Instruções
Misture o leite vegetal  e o líquido das azeitonas verdes e reserve
Cozinhe as batatas doces e a beterraba separadamente no vapor e coloque de lado
Mergulhe o pão no leite e agua
Coloque uma fatia do pão umedecido em um prato
Espalhe  molho de abacate sobre o pão
Coloque uma camada de folhas de espinafre
Coloque uma camada de batata doce
Espalhe 1 colher de azeitonas verdes
Adicione outra fatia de pão embebida no leite sobre as batatas doces
Espalhe o molho de abacate sobre o pão
Coloque uma camada de folhas de espinafre
Coloque uma camada de beterraba em espiral
Espalhe 1 colher de azeitonas verdes
Adicione outra fatia de pão embebida no leite sobre as batatas doces
Espalhe o molho de abacate sobre o pão
Decore com a beterraba as  batatas doce e  azeitonas verdes
Leve ao refrigerador e corte em fatias ao servir

Pineapple shoe!

So excited about my new shoes. It looks like leather but it is made of pineapple leaves fiber, 100% animal free.

I have been eating a vegan diet for the past seven years and I have gradually becoming more and more conscious of other areas in my life where I can improve. Becoming aware of the benefits of veganism not only to my own  health but also to the poor animals who give their lives for our vainness and to all the destruction we are causing to our planet. 

To my happiness, we are finally entering an era in which industries are exploring alternative ways to make products. This particular natural textile from my new pair of shoes is made from pineapple. It is a sustainable option because it comes from a by-product of the pineapple harvest. There is no necessity of additional use of land and water, fertilizers or pesticides to produce it, and it is 100% cruelty free.

Some manufacturers are making leather also from mushroom caps, which result is a soft suede.
Other ones are exploring the use of cork that can be transformed in cork leather after its harvest and passing through a chemical-free process. The final product is light, water, wear and tear resistant cork leather.

​Leathers from pineapple, mushroom and cork can be used to make a large number of consumables, including shoe, hats and purses, jackets and many more.

I have already stopped supporting the traditional leader industry. When will you?

Mi diagnosticaran com Diabetes Tipo 2 en Sep 2010 y decidí cambiar mi dieta a vegana integral en lugar dos medicamientos. En diciembre de 2010 ya había revertido mi diabetes y he estado sana desde entonces. No necesito de medicamentos  en absoluto. Comparto en mi libro las recetas que creé y otras que usé en este periodo. Pueden ver algunos ejemplos haciendo el clic abajo. Espero ayudar a otros a mirar en esta forma de tratamiento que es simples, permanente, sin efectos secundarios y rentable de muchas maneras.

Como perdi peso y reverti la diabetes con alimentacion
